With over 16 years of experience and more than 100 high-end, custom homes under his belt, Terry manages the field operations. His attention to detail, organizational skills and reliability have earned him the utmost respect of our clients, developers and sub-contractors alike. Terry has helped Ridgeline become known as one of the best builders in the region.

Business Operations and Estimating

Having worked on hundreds of high-end custom homes and with over 15 years of experience, Ray oversees the operations of Ridgeline. He is also directly involved in creating and managing the budgets for every project Ridgeline is involved in. Over 95% of the homes Ray has managed have been completed on or under budget. He has helped Ridgeline earn the reputation of delivering superior homes at great values.

Jeff Nichols

Owner Relations and Field Operations

With nearly 30 years of experience building custom homes, Jeff manages our Asheville division where he has managed the construction of over 40 high-end custom homes in the past 4 years. Jeff also heads up Ridgeline’s Green Building efforts. Recognizing that this is the responsible way to build and the way of the future, Jeff has been trained in the construction of building LEED certified houses.
