Complimentary Site Evaluations

We offer complimentary site evaluations, even before you’ve purchased a home site.   Sometimes the least expensive lots are steep and can present challenges in the home design; therefore, driving up the cost for construction, which means a higher priced lot may save you money in the long run and give you a more desirable viewscape.  If you have a home site in mind and would like a professional opinion, we’ll gladly take a look and give you our unbiased insight.

Design Development

If you already own your home site or have a home site selected, we will work with you to design the home of your dreams. You can either choose and modify from one of our pre-designed plans, or we can refer you to an architect – we have relationships with some of the best in the Southeast.

We like to be involved in the design process from the beginning so that we can eliminate any surprises. Based on our historical data and experience, we can create accurate estimates from very preliminary plans, which heads off the potential of designing a home that exceeds your budget.

Construction Services

Once the plans and specifications are finalized, we will guarantee a budget and schedule – completely eliminating your risk! At this point, our work is just beginning and your work is nearly complete. We are accustomed to working with clients from all over the globe with very demanding schedules.  Our process is simple and minimizes the amount of time required on your part. We keep you updated through regular correspondence.

Once construction is complete and we have ensured your home meets our standards, we will schedule a final walk-through with you. In addition to taking care of anything noticed at the final walk-through, we’ll gladly take care of those items that you didn’t notice until you lived in the home.  We stand behind our homes with a warranty program that is second to none.
