Terry is dependable - he follows through, does what he says he'll do and assures that changes and repairs are handled expediently and satisfactorily. His experienced mind and eye have solved several issues for us and his relationships with various contractors, suppliers and repairmen have brought the right people in to do the job; saving us time and money in the long run. We feel most fortunate that he was the Project Manager for our SC home and we'd be willing to do it all again!
