Every day we are so thrilled we chose Ridgeline to build our home in Greenville! We had experience in building and remodeling homes, so working with all the employees of Ridgeline was such a gift this time around. From beginning to end, they made the process so smooth. It was an added bonus to have Maggie and her design expertise help us choose materials for our project. Also, having our dedicated supervisor Don, on-site for all the daily issues, that were handled immediately made the process a joy, instead of a hassle. They made sure everything was as we wished, and worked nonstop to get us in on time, even during Covid. Even after move-in, I know they are here to answer questions or help with anything we need. We worked with the Ridgeline Construction Group on the build out of our beautiful 4000sq ft condo in downtown Greenville, SC in 2014. Having never built a home from the ground up, we were unsure of the process. We had absolutely no need to worry. RCG walked us through each step, providing professional expertise as we selected everything from the floor plan to flooring, cabinetry, and tile. Rebecca Lehde, interior designer, accompanied me to all the various vendors helping me select all the finishes. Justin Campbell was our terrific supervisor providing detailed updates each and every week during the build. As out of town customers, RCG accommodated our schedule and came in on time and very close to our final budget. Last minute changes on our part increased our final price, all well worth it. Our home is beautiful. The attention to construction details and the excellent customer service makes it very easy for us to strongly recommend RCG to anyone looking to build in the Greenville area.

I loved these guys and would give them a higher than 5 rating if I could. The entire process was based on building a high quality house, which in the end I have my awesome house. From the in-house architect and design consultant they provide (I could not have done it without that help) to the back end completion of the punch list – everything about working with Ridgeline was incredible. They are meticulous about the quality – including things like making sure the towel racks, and facets in the shower are centered. I went to look at other builders’ houses and noted quickly that tile was not aligned, towel racks were not centered, basically, the quality was not there. Terry and Ray are fair, honest, hard working and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends.

We started building during COVID-19. There were lots of supply chain issues that started happening, but Ridgeline had the foresight to start ordering everything early in the process, from appliances to flooring, and started storing it in a warehouse so they’d have it when they needed it because wait times were long. We ended up not being affected by COVID-19 in the building process because Ridgeline was super proactive. We are so grateful to them and will always feel indebted to them for delivering something that far exceeded our expectations…Having so many other builders to compare it to, it is such a quality build. It’s the most beautiful home I’ve ever been in.

Ridgeline built our lake house in Cedar Creek at Lake Keowee. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the end result and the process to get there. It was a very collaborative process with us, our architects, the interiors team, and Ridgeline. The house is modern and the design had some unique challenges. Ridgeline was a great partner helping us achieve the vision for the house. Communication was great, we always knew where we were in the process. All construction has challenges, but they were dealt with in an open, reasonable manner. I hope to build another house with Ridgeline in Greenville when the time comes.
